Each 90-minute webinar places a different aspect of EYFS provision under the spotlight with new ideas and inspiration for practice. You will also receive additional resources to use back in school and to enrich your learning.

Part 1: making the most of continuous provision in the EYFS

Explore key principles and consider how an effective environment, carefully planned and organised, promotes a broad range of learning opportunities for children.

Part 2: how to build on children’s interests

Consider how to skilfully and meaningfully shape continuous provision and provide enhancements which connect with children’s interests to help embed, extend learning and enrich language development.

Part 3: how to secure effective interactions

Explore strategies to successfully improve the quality of adult: child interactions; improving outcomes across the curriculum for all children.

Course 2: outdoor learning webinar package

An insightful three-part webinar package designed for EYFS leaders and practitioners which places outdoor learning in the spotlight.

Join us for this programme of three webinars which have been designed to provide insightful CPD opportunities for your early years team.

Each webinar lasts for 90 minutes and will be packed with new ideas and inspiration. They place outdoor learning in the spotlight and focus in turn on principles, provision and practice. You will also receive additional resources to use back in school and to enrich your learning.

Part 1: establish principles – exploring the special nature of outdoor learning

Explore the key principles of effective learning outdoors. Reflect on the special, unique nature of the outdoors and consider why outdoor learning is such a vital part of young children’s experience.

Part 2: rethink provision – how to maximise opportunities outdoors

Focus on what children are naturally driven to do and consider how best to plan, organise and resource outdoors to encourage the widest range of opportunities.

Part 3: develop practice – what do adults need to know and do outdoors

Consider the adult role and how to best complement, enrich, deepen and challenge children’s experiences to maximise the potential of the outdoors learning.
