Advanced Skills Educational Coach Award

OLEVI International and City Skills have partnered to design CPD programmes that develop and grow outstanding professionals. These programmes have built upon the content from OLEVI’s highly effective suite of programmes and are being utilised by multi academy trusts and other organisations across the country.

Overview for school leaders

This award builds on OLEVI’s nationally renowned Advanced Power of Coaching (APOC) programme to strengthen effective leadership and grow the quality of teaching and learning across schools and organisations.

By providing specific and advanced skills and strategies in coaching, mentoring and assessing, delegates will be able to communicate with, lead and grow individuals and teams more effectively. As a result, you will have a team of:

  • Expert coaches whose honed active listening skills and ability to ask powerful questions will provide greater clarity to, and generate deep thinking in, those they work with.
  • Effective leaders who foster a growth culture by raising aspirations, providing meaningful feedback and holding people accountable.
  • Highly motivated and self-initiating professionals who propel themselves to the next step in their development.
  • Empowered individuals who drive their organisation forward by embedding a collaborative culture of continual, sustained improvement.
