Advanced Skills Educational Leader

Advanced Skills Educational Leaders can lead and manage individuals, teams and projects with integrity and competence, promoting trust, collaboration, and higher aspirations. They communicate effectively when chairing meetings, holding challenging conversations, and providing constructive feedback. They understand how to design, deliver and evaluate improvement projects so they achieve the desired results. Leaders that are highly reflective and resilient can learn and grow as their role develops over time.

You will be accredited to create and implement strategic projects to achieve results; develop relationships with, and the performance of, others in your team; and understand your own strengths and areas for development as a leader, managing your own growth.
