“Over the past 9 months, I continued my role as EYFS lead and Senior Leader in my own school developing a new approach in our Early Years setting. The impact of this is a much stronger team who through coaching are now working towards the same vision. A united team and carefully planned learning environment have impacted greatly on teaching and learning with this years cohort of pupils set to achieve 100% Good Level of Development.”

Who have you got access to?
National Leaders of Education (NLEs) are outstanding headteachers or principals who, together with the staff in their schools (designated national support schools or NSS), use their skills and experience to support schools in challenging circumstances. In addition to leading their own schools, NLEs work to increase the leadership capacity of other schools to help raise standards. Their fundamental purpose is to ensure that there is a good or better school for every child.
Local Leaders of Education (LLEs) role is to improve pupil outcomes through partnership working between schools and academies. Local leaders of education are successful headteachers who work alongside other heads to drive forward improvements and build capacity to ensure that improvements can be sustained.
Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) offer support to leaders and teams in other schools. They are experienced leaders who have demonstrated outstanding practice and have the skills to support others in similar contexts.
